Day 36 of the Clockhouse Family

Good evening Clockhouse

3 more days to go and 6 more sleeps (not that I am counting)! We honestly cannot wait to see you all and have the school back to how it should be (sort of)!

Well done to you all for yet another positive day with lots of fabulous learning at school and at home. The children along with yourselves continue to wow us and surpass our expectations. You really are such a talented community that we are proud to help and support. Although we are in touching distance of the return, please do keep going so that the children are ready for the return to school.

I hope you found the letter I sent out last night useful to support the return and remind you all of expectations etc. If you have not yet seen it, it can be found on Dojo on School Story and in your individual class messages. If you have any questions please do come back to me. I hope you also found my Weekly Virtual Newsletter helpful.

Today started with the whole staff coming together for a briefing regarding the Risk Assessment for coming back to school. From tomorrow staff will start to be in school with all staff in school on Friday in order to ensure the school is fully ready for the children's arrival on Monday.

I hope you have seen the focus for this week's 'Feel-good Friday Fashions - The final one!' This week will be all about 'Celebrating Zoom Times'. I can feel some fabulous outfits coming on! Have you worked out who is reading behind both masks today in the Masked Reader challenge? Some are quite tricky! The final video will be posted tomorrow and then you have until 3pm Thursday to complete the Google Form which will be shared with you before The Big Reveal!

Team Hawaii have been back in school today and have enjoyed zooming with you all. Monday cannot come soon enough for them, that is for sure!

If you have been loaned a school laptop, please can these be returned to school on Friday afternoon, following your last Zoom. Thank you in advance!

Please do remember if it all gets too much, put it down and come back to it when you are ready. Just keep trying and trying your best. What is your best will be different to others. Try not to compare yourselves. You are all in different circumstances, with different pressures and very different children. Keep being fabulous Team Clockhouse, we could not do this without each and every one of you. We are so grateful to work with such a supportive community who we will see very soon!

Not long now!
Kind regards
