Hot Chocolate with the Head!

Hot Chocolate with the Head!

As we all know, Hot Chocolate with the Head is an important part of Clockhouse. Obviously due to the current situation we find ourselves in, sadly it is not possible for us to come together to celebrate which is such a shame. However, we do not want the children to miss out and therefore the chosen children will get a special Hot Chocolate pack to enjoy at home!

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are all 'Going the extra mile' to ensure our school is a fabulous place to be. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Reinecke and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this! We hope all the children enjoy their hot chocolate pack - send us a picture of you enjoying your special celebration drink!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to be 'Going the extra mile':

Nursery - Alex H  for being kind, hard working and an excellent role model to all his peers.
Reception - Banin M (Scotland) for coming back to school beautifully and trying so hard to be more vocal in class.
Year 1 - Kiki K-G (Spain) for coming back to school, ready and eager to learn and being a fantastic role model to her friends.
Year 2 - Connor S (Canada) for coming back to school with an extra positive attitude and trying really hard to improve his handwriting.
Year 3 - Lana W (Brazil) for coming back with a very positive attitude.  She has worked really hard and tried her best in all of the lessons.
Year 4 - Ellas R (South Africa) for trying really hard with his maths learning this week and persevering even when he has found it really challenging.
Year 5 - Harriet H (Japan) for returning to school and showing amazing resilience.
Year 6 - Tiernie S (Fiji) for showing great independence this week.
Greenland - Bobby M-J for working hard with all his learning and showing resilience.
Miss Ward - Khloe F (Greenland) for her amazing reading.
Mrs Reinecke - Ronnie D (New Zealand) for coming into school so well and settling so quickly to his learning.
Mrs Savidge - Riley L (Peru) for having an excellent start to being back at school.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to be 'Going the extra mile' this week!

Our treats are ready to go and we are looking forward to Hot Chocolate Friday next week to celebrate with more fantastic Clockhouse people!
