This week at
Forest school the children have been learning a knew knot, the clove hitch. It
was really challenging at first and individually everyone had to show real
resilience and determination in order to get it right! They then worked
with a partner and in small groups to learn some binding skills.
After some excellent perseverance and team
work, everyone managed to create their own natural photo frame! We
were really proud of everything they had achieved, but we were most proud of
the kindness, support and friendship they displayed to each other, as well as
their determination to never give up and the belief they showed in
themselves!
