Hot Chocolate with the Head

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are all 'Making the Ordinary Extraordinary' to ensure our school is a fabulous place to be and the children the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Reinecke and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this! We hope all the children enjoy their hot chocolate pack - send us a picture of you enjoying your special celebration drink!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to be 'Making the Ordinary Extraordinary':

Nursery - Harrison A for being such a good boy in the Nursery and always following the rules.
Reception -
David A (Scotland) for trying so hard with his all school work and always following the 3 R's.
Year 1 - Bertie C (Italy) for being a great citizen by helping his friends with their learning.
Year 2 - Ousman J (Mexico) for excellent culinary skills during Design and Technology when making a medieval stew.
Year 3 - Archie G (Argentina) for developing confidence with his learning and taking his time to ensure his work is completed to the best of his ability.
Year 4 - Jacob M (Kenya) for writing an excellent survival guide and applying his writing skills to other areas of the curriculum.
Year 5 - Teddy M (Japan) for showing extraordinary support for his peers during maths.
Year 6 - Molly C (Australia) for stepping in during our production, learning her role and lines in 30 minutes and being amazing!
Miss Ward - Aimee C (Argentina) for her significant growth in confidence and for always showing the 3 R's.
Mrs Reinecke - Truvine B (Spain) for speaking confidently about how the British Values link with our school values.
Mrs Savidge - Ruby B (Kenya) for always trying her best, being polite and doing all she can to be a fabulous member of the Clockhouse team.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to be 'Making the Ordinary Extraordinary' this week!

Our treats are ready to go and we are looking forward to Hot Chocolate Friday next week to celebrate with more fantastic Clockhouse people!
