Blu W (Australia)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2022-2023!
Blu has really been working hard this half term and is starting to value that hard work pays off. She’s flying through her maths challenges, completing 6 in one day this week (and it was averages!) She was quite disheartened by her mock results earlier in the term and has been working hard ever since to improve herself in all lessons. She asked to retake her arithmetic in her own time and more than doubled her score. Even the support staff have said how different she has been since they taught her in previous year groups! I am really proud of her!
Ben A (China)
who has earned the Learning Champion Award for 2022-2023!
Ben shows an excellent attitude to learning. Both myself and other adults have been really impressed by his progress across a range of different subjects. His writing has come on leaps and bounds since the start of the year, his scores in Maths continue to increase, he has been one of the classes strongest spellers for the last 5 weeks running and his work is always presented beautifully.
Brilliant job Ben, keep it up!
Sophia M (India)
who has earned the Nurture Champion Award for 2022-2023!
Sophia is happy to take care of all the children in the class, especially if they are upset. She a really kind friend and helpful to anyone in the class including the adults.
Rose M (Canada)
who has earned the Excellence Champion Award for 2022-2023!
Rose is a person who could be awarded a badge for so many reasons it is difficult to choose just one. Her behaviour is always an excellent example to her class mates, she is a kind, caring and nurturing friend who takes care of others. Something noticed not only by her teacher, but all of the adults around her. She always tries her best in every lesson, but the way she has really shown excellence this year is by continuously pushing herself out of her comfort zone. She can find being bold and brave a challenge, but the fact she pushes herself to be every day really demonstrates what excellence is. Excellence is about trying to be the best you can be every day, even when it's challenging and she has achieved this in spades! Rose is a truly wonderful member of class Canada and we are all so proud of her! Nobody could ask for more!
