Hot Chocolate with the Head

As you all know we are constantly striving to improve Clockhouse for your children.

This year we are all trying our best to 'Be Exceptional' in everything to ensure that our school is a fabulous place to be and the children get the best all round experience possible. Each week, the Heads of Year as well as Miss Ward, Mrs Reinecke and Mrs Savidge choose a person (child or adult) who has been seen to do this and then they get to have Hot Chocolate with Mrs Savidge!

This week the following Clockhouse Citizens have been seen to 'Be Exceptional':

Nursery - Rhenaya O for completing exceptionally carefully created craft work.
Reception - Eddison R (Northern Ireland) for trying exceptionally hard with his work on odds and evens and always following the 3Rs.
Year 1 - Madison F (France) for writing an exceptional piece about Flotsam.
Year 2 -  Isha K (USA) for working exceptionally hard to improve her stamina and independence when writing.
Year 3 - Freddie T (Peru) for making exceptional improvements with his handwriting.
Year 4 - Lavinia T (South Africa) for always showing the three Rs and being an exceptionally positive role model to the class.
Year 5 - Farah A (China) for always settling in well in class and her exceptional effort to achieve her best at all times.
Year 6 -  Roman S  (Fiji) or working really hard on his writing, improving his presentation and writing an exceptional non-chronological report in science.
Greenland - Katreil P for trying exceptionally hard to use his communication board.
Miss Ward and Mrs Reinecke - Rania I, Blake J and Arooshay E (India) for their exceptional contributions during the stayers week, particularly how they supported other children.
Mrs Savidge - James K (Uganda) for his exceptional effort to learn his times tables, his efforts are certainly paying off.

Well done to all these children and all the other children who have been seen to 'Be Exceptional' this week!
