Day 5 of the Clockhouse Family

Good evening Clockhouse

As we enter week 2 of the new regime, I hope you are all keeping well and looking after yourselves and each other. Thank you so much for the overwhelmingly positive feedback we have received so far about our approaches and the support we are giving. It is so hard to get it just right, but we really do want to continue to do our absolute best for you all!

It has been lovely to see so many of you joining the Zoom sessions which we do hope the children (and yourselves) are finding useful. It is also great to see all the work and messages coming through Google Classroom and Dojo. As you know this is certainly very different to the Lockdown last Spring. This time there are very clear expectations on school about the curriculum continuing and the children progressing. Our offer meets all that it needs to (and more) and we are so grateful for all that you are all doing to support us. Please do remember though that whilst, we know, we are asking a lot of you, we also know that you are not teachers. Please just keep doing your best, which is all we can ask!

Team Hawaii have had another good day in school. It is lovely that they can still be part of their Zoom classes and see a teacher from their year group as well as the other children.

Look out for a new challenge coming from Mr Yarrow - 'Socks for Clocks' as well as my weekly virtual newsletter (tomorrow) and some exciting things for a Friday (watch this space)!

I apologise for the disruption with Dojo this afternoon. This was beyond our control. It does appear to be working in again now.

Keep going team Clockhouse, we are so proud of each and every one of you.

Please look after yourselves, follow the rules and stay safe, only by doing this and working together will we get through this.

#ourclockhousefamily
Kind regards
Mrs Savidge
