Day 83 of the Clockhouse Family

Good evening Clockhouse

We hope you have all had a good day and are making the most of this time.

We were sad to say goodbye to our Monday and Tuesday bubbles yesterday but it has been so, so lovely to see some of you back at school. It only makes us realise even more how much we miss you all and that we cannot wait until September. Thank you all for your kind and thoughtful gifts and words, it really is appreciated.

Today has been another busy day. This morning the Teaching staff met via Zoom to make sure we are all ready to welcome the school back in September. We have now established our 'Back Together' Curriculum which we are sure the children will enjoy and will help them settle quickly. We are still busy make arrangements and risk assessing so that we manage this in the safest way possible for everyone. As I have already said, we will communicate plans with you when we are in the right position to do so. As I have always said, I will be honest with you and will not make any promises I cannot deliver.

We hope you enjoyed the video launched today showcasing our value of excitement.

I hope by now you all have the information for the Zoom Meet the Teacher meetings on Monday and have read and understood the protocol. Please message your child's class teacher if you have not or have any questions.

Anyway, back to this week! As it is Wednesday, Team Hawaii have been the only children in school today. They have had a good day and we are very much looking forward to seeing some of the Nursery, Reception, Year 1, Year 3 and Year 6 children at school again tomorrow.

Please keep using #ourclockhousefamily with things that we are posting as a further way of keeping in touch. We might not be seeing each other every day but we are still one community who care for each other!

Our community - Our school - A family and a home for everyone!
Have a lovely evening.
Stay safe and keep smiling
Mrs Savidge
